By using the KARPINO website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a treatment or registering an account.
Booking & Cancellation
Appointments may be booked via Instagram, phone (+389 76 376 376), or email (relax@karpino.mk). We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge. In case of late arrival, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.
Membership
KARPINO operates as a members-only studio. Membership is free and is granted upon completing our registration form. Membership is required to receive treatments.
Age Restriction
The minimum age for all treatments is 16 years, with the exception of our Parent & Kid bonding massage, which is available for children accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. The voucher value may be applied to any treatment of equal or lesser value. Any remaining balance from a voucher may be used on a future visit within the validity period.
Payment & Pricing
We accept cash (MKD) and all major debit and credit cards. All published prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of booking will be honoured for that appointment.
Health & Liability
Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancies, or recent injuries before receiving treatment. KARPINO cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. Our therapists reserve the right to modify or decline a treatment if they believe it may not be safe for the guest.
Studio Conduct
To maintain a serene environment for all guests: mobile phones and electronic devices must be silenced or switched off during your visit. Photography and video recording are not permitted in treatment areas. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. KARPINO maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of KARPINO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
Changes to These Terms
KARPINO reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
