How to enjoy your visit

Membership

KARPINO is a members-only studio. Membership is free and available to all guests upon registration.

The minimum age for all treatments is 16 years, except for our Parent & Kid bonding massage.

Book online, by phone (+389 76 376 376), or by email (relax@karpino.mk). We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to prepare and unwind.

We kindly request 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge.

In case of late arrival, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next guest's appointment.

We recommend showering before your treatment. Our therapists will guide you on appropriate attire for each service.

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere, please switch off phones and devices. Photography and recording are not permitted in treatment areas.

Your comfort and privacy are paramount. Non-treated areas remain covered with fresh towels throughout your session.

KARPINO gift vouchers are available for any treatment or custom amounts. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
